Cherry Berry “Ice Cream”

Cherry Berry Ice Cream is the perfect treat for this heatwave in NYC. I love ice cream but I always end up eating the entire pint and feeling guilty. Then I heard about “nice cream” a cold icy treat made from all fruit but with the texture of ice cream but none of the fat! I had to try it for myself, and it’s become my go-to treat when the ice cream craving kicks in.
And, confession, it’s so good that I’ve even had it for breakfast!
This recipe is easy to customize with your favorite fruit. The possibilities are endless.
