Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussel sprouts shredded, or sliced very thin
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cups sliced thin red onions
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper ground
- 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ Tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tsp. honey
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, mustard, and salt, whisking until the honey and salt are dissolved. Add 4 tablespoons of the oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until the dressing is well blended. Season with fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Add Brussel sprouts, cranberries, red onions, almonds to a medium sized bowl and gently toss everything together.

Add dressing to Brussel sprouts and mix well.
