  • 1 lb. Brussel sprouts shredded, or sliced very thin
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cups sliced thin red onions
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper ground
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ Tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tsp. honey


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, mustard, and salt, whisking until the honey and salt are dissolved. Add 4 tablespoons of the oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until the dressing is well blended. Season with fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Add Brussel sprouts, cranberries, red onions, almonds to a medium sized bowl and gently toss everything together.
  3. Add dressing to Brussel sprouts and mix well.
  4. Serve!
