Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups gluten free cornmeal
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1.5 cups buttermilk
- ¼ cup pickled jalapenos
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 stick unsalted butter melted
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix together.
Pour mixture in a cast iron pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and inserted toothpick comes out clean.
