Ingredients
- 6 slices of thick cut bacon cooked and chopped into ½ inch pieces
- ¼ cup melted butter unsalted
- 1 32- ounce bag tater tots room temperature
- Kosher salt
- ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp per waffle
- 3 scallions finely chopped
Instructions

Preheat waffle maker to highest setting. Brush waffle maker with butter and arrange tater tots in an even layer across entire surface of waffle iron. Season with salt. Press down on lid to close and cook waffle until golden brown, 8-12 minutes.

Remove waffle and transfer to a plate. Top with sour cream, cheese, bacon, and scallions.
