6slicesof thick cut baconcooked and chopped into ½ inch pieces
1 32-ouncebag tater totsroom temperature
¾cupsharp cheddar cheeseshredded
3tbspsour cream1 tbsp per waffle
Preheat waffle maker to highest setting. Brush waffle maker with butter and arrange tater tots in an even layer across entire surface of waffle iron. Season with salt. Press down on lid to close and cook waffle until golden brown, 8-12 minutes.
Remove waffle and transfer to a plate. Top with sour cream, cheese, bacon, and scallions.
