Salmon Cakes have always been a staple in my home. It’s perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My aunt Dorothy Taylor made the best salmon cakes. Although she used canned salmon, and I’m using fresh salmon the recipe is almost identical to hers. This recipe is so easy to adjust if you don’t like peppers or onions.
