Bacon Deviled Eggs
- 7 hard-boiled eggs, yolks separated
- 3.5 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. sweet relish
- 3 pieces cooked bacon, 2 pieces chopped, 1 piece thinly sliced for garnish
- Add egg yolks, mayonnaise, dijon, and sweet relish to a medium-sized bowl and mash until incorporated. Add chopped bacon and mix well.
- Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture and top with thinly sliced bacon, and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
