GF AP Baking Flour & Cornmeal

  • 1.5 cups of gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups gluten free cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1.5 cups buttermilk
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapenos
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix together.
  3. Pour mixture in a cast iron pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and inserted toothpick comes out clean.
