Ingredients
- 1 Stick of Room Temperature Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Tsp. Cardamom
- 1/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Ground Pistachios
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pistachios
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
Instructions

Set oven to 350 degrees

Cream the butter and sugar in an electric mixer or hand mixer.

Add in eggs, one at a time.

Add cardamom, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground pistachios, chopped pistachios, and vanilla extract.

Add the flour alternating with the milk until incorporated. (Do not over mix)

Pour batter into a 9 x 5 loaf pan or 8-inch springform pan

Bake for 50 minutes for the 9 x 5 loaf pan or 30 minutes for springform pan or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cake cool.

Garnish cake with chopped pistachios and powdered sugar.
